      How to Install a 1060/41 Concierge Handset for IPerCom

      This article tells you how to install a 1060/41 concierge handset (pictured below) for IPerCom systems, using just 3 simple steps.

       

        Use the 3 simple steps below:

        1. First, plug the loudspeaker connector (green connector) into the PC loudspeaker output.
        2. Then plug the microphone connector (pink connector) into the PC microphone input.
        3. Finally, plug the USB connector into the PC port.

         

        The device does not need any installation driver; the installation starts automatically when the device is connected to the PC via the USB cable. Watch the video below to see what each connector looks like:

         

         

        Note: The IPerCom Switchboard software MUST be installed separately for all components to work as intended.
