      How to recover the password for a 2Voice Elekta/Elekta Steel

      If you have lost or do not know the password to log in to the 1083/12/ 1083/15 or 1083/16 Elekta range of call modules, follow the procedure outlined below:

       

      1. Press X  OK  9  6  3
      2. Then, press the 'Bell' button.

      You will see a message similar to this:

       

      Take a picture of this and email it to technical@urmet.co.uk

       

      You will receive a temporary password which will allow you to log in to the call module and view the existing password, which can either be retained or changed.
