How to Set Up CallMe App for IPerCom with IP Max Monitor

Use the step-by-step breakdown in this article to learn how to set up the CallMe App for the IPerCom IP Door Entry system with an IP Max monitor.

 


 

Step 1 - Download the App

Download the Call Me app from either the Playstore or Apple App Store use the article here to  

download the app directly to your phone using a QR code.

 

Step 2 - Create an Account

Create an account, you will need to use a valid email address and a password in the correct format.

  • On creation of an account an email will be sent to verify your email address. if you don't receive this email please check in you spam folder
  • Click on the link on the email and accept the terms and conditions - If you don't verify the email then the App will not work.
  • Your account should now be active.

Step 3 - Login & Locate SIP ID


Once you've logged in, you will need to find your SIP ID as you will need this to enter on your IP Max Monitor - Follow the video below to learn how to locate this.

 


Note: There is a green symbol this denotes the App has registration to the Urmet Cloud Server if this is Red there is no registration and the App will not work.



Step 4 - Monitor Setup

Now go to the apartment monitor and navigate to the 'Call Forwarding Settings' to enter your own SIP ID. Once you've done that, simply set the monitor to 'Remote' mode.

Follow the video below to do this - You may be asked to enter the Urmet Password during this process (1937) if you need to alter the current system configuration. 


 

Note: This will only work if the site has been connected to the internet therefore you may need to speak to your building manager.
