How to fix error 'There was an issue opening the integrated browser for Easy Access Control' on the IPerVoice Switchboard

This article shows you how to fix the error: 'There was an issue opening the integrated browser for Easy Access Control' on the IPerVoice Switchboard.

This error message means that the Switchboard can't open the embedded browser. This is located within the Switchboard File Directory.

Reason:

The executable is in the same path of the switchboard which by default is :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Switchboard

The executable is called WebBrowser.exe

Solution:

Please check the Firewall and Antivirus allows WebBrowser.exe to access the network,

check the executable has not been deleted, moved by mistake, renamed by mistake, etc

NOTE: If the file is missing / has been removed, you need to reload the SWB software.
