Why is the “DU” LED of the power supply on for a 1038/20?

Fault: 

The “DU” led of the power supply is on.

Solution: 

Measure the voltage between terminals “DU” and “0D”, if the voltage is lower than +13,5Vdc, find the reason of voltage drop or short-circuit.
