How to Activate a Device on the CallMe App

This article shows you how to activate a device in the CallMe App on your Smartphone. 

 

Helpful Tips:

  1. If you haven't done so already, you can download the CallMe App to your Smartphone by using the following article: How to download the CallMe App
  2. If you see a QR code/sticker on your handset (e.g. Miro Video Handset 1750/1) to activate Call Forwarding - Please contact your building manager or local Urmet installer to ensure a call forwarding device has been set up. Without this, you will not be able to access the call forwarding function on the CallMe app. 

 

Once you've downloaded the CallMe App to your device and registered yourself, watch the video below which takes you through logging in and then activating your device:

Scan the QR code on the letter provided and the service will now be activated on your mobile.

 

Note: The QR code can only be used to activate 1 device. Any subsequent or additional devices will be shared using your CallMe App.
