How to Program Easy Door Master Tokens in Standalone Mode

This article shows you how to program Easy Door Master Tokens in standalone mode.

A ‘Master token’ is used to enter a programming state that enables additional user tokens to be added to a controller and granted access to a door.

Use the video walk-through below to learn how to program a Master Token:

We've broken down the steps for you below so you can refer back to these at any time:

Step 1 With the Easy Door controller powered up and connected to a power supply, move the DIP switch on the controller to position 1 (PROG).
Step 2 Present a token to the reader (not the controller). Each time you present a token, the reader LED will briefly change state from solid to flashing.
Step 3 Finally, when you have finished adding your master tokens, exit the programming mode by moving the DIP switch back to the ON (EXPL) position.

You can have up to 3 ‘Master tokens’ programmed onto a single controller - if these are lost or damaged you will need to delete the old fobs and create new ones.
