How to purchase Bluetooth credits

This article tells you how to purchase Bluetooth credits on your Bluetooth Credential Account.

For the Installer:

You will need to purchase credits directly with Urmet. To do this, please raise an official purchase order with the Urmet Customer Service Team at customerservice@urmet.co.uk for the exact amount of credits you require. 

We will then add the required number of credits to your Bluetooth Account, which can then be immediately assigned to your clients as appropriate. 

For the Client/End-User:

The client/end-user manages their site's Bluetooth credentials through the IPassan Manager.

The client will contact the installer for more credits, and raise an official purchase order. The installer will then login to the client's site in IPassan Manager, and assign the required amount of credits, which will then become immediately available for the client/end-user to assign. 

The credits allocated to this site by the installer, will come out of their total credit balance which can be viewed in the FDI Portal.
