      How to replace a Digivoice video handset?

      Use this article to learn how to replace a Digivoice video handset.

       

      All Digivoice video handsets are replaced by the hands-free 'Imago' monitor.

      • The Imago monitor part number is 1707/1 and the wall connection bracket is 1707/94.
      • The replacement hands-free monitor will require an additional connection between MU on the 1038/35 Decoder and MU on the 1707/94 connection bracket.

      Note: Remember to remove the protective film from the 1707/1 monitor - Failure to do so results in high pitched screeching over the conversation.
