IPassan booking and visitor management (setup guide)
Our booking and visitor management system allows shared building spaces – such as a gym studio, meeting room or tennis court – to be booked for use by end-users.
Spaces can be booked by site administrators (e.g. building managers), or end-users (e.g. residents), with booking approval granted either automatically or manually.
Once a booking is made, end-users receive an email with all relevant booking information, such as the booked space name, booking date & time, and any special instructions for using the space.
Temporary access to the booked space, and all intervening floors, doors & lifts, is automatically granted to end-users for a set period before, during & after their booking.
Note: An additional license is required to enable this feature.
