What Are the Different Access Levels on Easy Door?

This article outlines the different levels of access available to users of the Easy Door website.

In the user interface for Easy Door (www.easydoorcontroller.com) you have the ability to let people log in, view, interact and even administer aspects of the sites you have created. This includes, but is not limited to, adding key fobs etc.

There are 4 default levels of access configurations:

  1. Administrator
  2. Site Manager
  3. Guest
  4. User

 

Use the table below to learn more about each access level and why you may want to use them.

Administrator This allows the user access to all sites and the ability to make any changes they want to.
Site Manager This level of access allows the user to view only the sites that you allow them to.
Guest This level allows administrator rights over the sites you allow. However, they cannot add, edit or delete any sites and they cannot add any users.
User They can View, Edit, Add, Delete and Encode depending on what choices are made during remote configuration.
