What are the two types of virtual credentials?
This article explains what the two types of credentials are for Bluetooth access using the K App.
Credential Types:
Proximity Only
The proximity mode works in a range of 20cm without action on the app (hands free).
Proximity and Long Range
The long range mode works up to 15m but the user has to press the door release push button on the app (as a standard remote control). When the door release push button on the app goes from grey to blue, the user knows they are in range of a reader available within their access profile.
