      What do the different 2Voice LED statuses on the IP Gateway (1039/59) mean?

      This article outlines and explains the different 2Voice LED statuses on the IP Gateway device.

       

      There are 4 different statuses for the 2Voice LED: 

      1. Green (Fixed)
      2. Green (Blinking)
      3. Red (Fixed)
      4. Red (Blinking)

       

      1. Green (fixed)

      This indicates that the device is working properly and has been configured.

       

      2. Green (blinking)

      This indicates that a conversation or a call is in progress.

       

      3. Red (fixed)

      This indicates that there is no communication with the IPerCom side. 

       

      4. Red (blinking)

      This indicates that the device is powered but not yet ready for operation.
