Why is the DE LED of the power supply on for the 1038/20?

Fault:

The “DE” led of the power supply is on.

Solution: 

Measure the voltage between terminals “DE” and “0D”, if the voltage is lower than +13,5Vdc, find the reason of voltage drop or short-circuit.

If the “DE” led is on in the “MASTER” power supply, check the terminal “DE” It must not be used.
