Use this article to learn how to reset the password on a 2Smart Digital Entry Panel.
If the message below is displayed, it means you will need to set a new password.
Step 1
Remove the 2Smart panel from its housing. On the rear of the 2Smart panel you will find a jumper marked RAZ.
Step 2
While the 2Smart panel is still powered up, move the jumper to the opposite position. Then, move the jumper back to the original position - watch the video below if you're not sure how to do this.
Step 3
The panel will now prompt you to enter a new password.
