What do the different IPerCom LED statuses on the IP Gateway (1039/59) mean?

This article outlines and explains the different IPerCom LED statuses on the IP Gateway device.

 

 

1. Green (fixed)

This indicates that device is working and configured.

 

2. Green (fixed - low intensity)

This indicates that the device is powered but not yet ready for operation.

 

3. Green (blinking)

 This indicates that a conversation is in progress.

 

4. Red (fixed)

This indicates that there is no communication with the 2Voice side.

 

5. Red (blinking)

This indicates that the device is powered but not configured or the configuration has been lost.

 

6. Red (rapid blinking)

This indicates that the device has the wrong date.
