What to Do When Taking Over an IPassan Site

Use this article to find out what you need to do when taking over an IPassan site.

 

  1. Find an IPassan controller on site and locate the unique identification number 
  2. Email the unique identification number and send a clear photo of the controller to support@urmet.co.uk

 

We will then inform you if the site is stand alone or on the cloud:

 

Stand alone
If we reply and inform you that the site is stand alone follow this link to instructions to rebuild the site Rebuild a stand alone iPassan site

 

On the cloud
If we find the system has been configured on the cloud, we will pass you the email address of the account administrator. Then, you will need to contact them and pass on this link How to hand over an iPassan site on the cloud to a new administrator  instructions for them to relinquish the site to you.

Once you have received a back-up of the site, you should login to IPassan Manager / create an account and follow the instructions on How to Restore a Site from a Back-Up in IPassan Manager
